This mature coffee delivers a smooth, full bodied cup with low acidity and a mild, sweet flavour. Historically Old Brown Java used as ballast to weigh down sailing ships, where it matured and changed colour from green to brown. Grown in Indonesia, nowadays it is still left to mature for two years!
