Order Information
Payment information
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners Club and JCB cards. We only debit your card when your order is ready to dispatch.
We can also accept cheques and postal orders from UK residents. Please make your Cheques payable to Ismail Coffee and Tea and write your order reference number on the reverse of the cheque or postal order.
All payments must be in pounds sterling.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email of your order will be sent out. This will include details of your order, delivery address and order reference number. Please quote the reference number if you need to contact us about an order.
If you do not receive this email please contact us.
Availability
If any of your order becomes unavailable we will contact you. An alternative product or refund will be offered.
Amending your order
If you would like to amend your order please contact us. Provided that your order has not been dispatched we will be happy to make any changes you require. Please quote your order reference
Cancelling your order
To cancel an order you have placed you can do so by email before 3pm on the day of ordering.
In some cases your order may have already been packaged. In these cases we request that you return the goods unopened to us on receipt. Any right to cancel your order in circumstances other than those mentioned above is exclusively at the discretion of Ismail Coffee and Tea Limited.
Delivery
Our standard service is Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. To lower costs we also have an additional option of Royal Mail First Class, allow 3-5 days for this service.
Privacy
We do not disclose customer information to any third parties and are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect customer information to take and fulfil buyer’s orders and administer and enhance the site and service, we only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy.
Security
We operate a secure shopping facility and sensitive information is protected, we offer the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring peace of mind that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ismail product. Ismail have an uncompromising attitude towards quality of our products and packaging.
We have an undisputable returns guarantee for all of our products.
If you are not delighted with your product return it within 30 days and as long as you have your proof of purchase you will be entitled to a full refund. However, if you have lost your proof of purchase or the product was a gift, don’t dismay. Your product will be exchanged at the items current retail price. Faulty goods can be returned and fully refunded without a receipt.
You will not be responsible for paying for postage if you are returning a faulty or incorrect product, in such a case please send us a copy of your receipt for any postage cost incurred.
Once we have received and processed the returned item we will notify you of your refund. We will process your return within 3 working days, please take into account postage times.
Problems with your Order
We want you to be completely happy with your order, please contact us immediately if there is a problem. We operate a no quibble guarantee policy providing goods are returned within 30 days, in original complete condition, with proof of purchase. Contact us by email info@ismail.co.uk and quote your order reference number.
If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 10 working days of its delivery by email at info@ismail.co.uk and quote your order reference number. Then send us the repackaged order by post containing receipt or confirmation e mail and reason for return to;
