Tea Master Classes
Two of the UK’s tea specialists, Jane Pettigrew and Tim Clifton, give regular Tea Master Classes to teach all about tea – how it grows, how the different types are manufactured and the character of the different types. The sessions are informative but informal fun, with film, colourful images and plenty of tasting! We round off with an indulgent afternoon tea which features scones, clotted cream, fruit preserves and a selection of cakes and pastries.
